The Professional Edge has been the foundation of Patti's career since entering real estate in 1972 in Seattle, Washington. Patti has continued her real estate career on the Westside of Los Angeles, beginning with the Jon Douglas Company in 1987. She has a strong background in interior design, and her clients benefit from these talents: she has staged properties that have sold faster and brought higher prices, amazing her sellers.
Kowledge of the Westside
Patti grew up in Westwood and attended local schools, including Emerson Jr. High School, University High School and UCLA. She is extremely knowledgable about the history and performance of the Westside real estate market. The current market has changed real estate as we know it, presenting a kaleidoscope of challenges that only an experienced professional, someone who has confronted them before, can successfully negotiate and produce results. Assistant Manager/Associate Manager/Training Director
Patti became an Associate Manager for her last company in 1990 and a Regional Training Director in 1995. Within a year, she had moved to a prominent Beverly Hills office as an Associate Manager and Training Director. She went on to hold the distinguished title of Previews Director, as well as served on that company's President's Advisory Council.
Patti joined the Brentwood office of Prudential CA Realty as an Assistant Manager and Trainer in 2010. In addition, she currently serves on the Citizens Advisory Committee for the Los Angeles County Tax Assessor. She is also a Centennial member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors, and has served on that organization's Public Policy Committee for the past five years.

For more than 25 years, Patti has represented not only buyers and sellers of residential income (RI) property in Los Angeles, but she also has been an owner of RI property for at least that long, and thus understands the challenges specific to such transactions. She possesses extensive knowledge about the value, as well as the upside potential, of RI properties. She is able to help her clients understand the ever-changing issues of rent control and land use/development. She enjoys all aspects of the real estate market and she particularly loves to help first-time buyers, step-up buyers, estate clients, celebrity/high profile clients and those wishing to downsize.
